Oracle Financial Systems Analyst

Project Description:
MDA is in the process of rolling out Oracle's E-Business Suite R12 to its subsidiaries around the world. Oracle has been chosen as the ERP for MDA for the future. The current project is focused on additional subsidiary companies based in the USA. Future projects will involve companies in the UK and Ireland.
Responsibilities:
The team is looking for an experienced Oracle Applications techno functional analyst to work with its team of DBAs, accountants and developers. The Analyst will be working on project implementations as well as sustaining ongoing Oracle Applications implementations. The Analyst will be expected to share on-call support, including off-hours with the rest of the sustainment team.
Requirements (experience/skills):
- 3 + years experience in implementing Oracle Applications (11.5.10 required, R12 preferred) in a full project lifecycle.
- Experience with any of these modules: Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, PO, Cash Management, Payments)
- Experience troubleshooting Oracle Workflows
- Experience writing Discoverer Reports
- Experience using SQL to query and troubleshoot
- Teamwork and independent work on complex problems
- Self-starter who works well in a team environment
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
Also desired
- Oracle Discoverer EUL Maintenance
- XML Publisher template creation
- Shared Accounting Service Center experience is a huge plus
- Multi-Org experience
- Accounting designation: CA, CPA, etc.
- Peoplesoft Financials is helpful
- PL/SQL
