Flight is one of man-kind’s greatest technological advances. From early attempts at manned flight over two thousand years ago, travel by air has become the modus operandi in an ever expanding global economy. The world’s first successful machine powered, human piloted flight lasted a mere 12 seconds - flying with no control over speed and landing. Today, traveling in high speed jets over great distance using complex air navigation networks is routine. We have all experienced it. Aircraft takeoff or landing may appear routine, but the people and systems supporting this act behind the scenes are amazing.
Our customers are either responsible for the air navigation network or want to operate on this network as safely and efficiently as possible. This is our focus. We deliver large software systems that let our customers define how to safely optimize global aviation operations in a changing world.
We work in multidisciplinary and multi-level teams, because that is how we successfully solve these large, complex problems. We apply proven engineering processes and work with integrated technologies because we are building massive, intricate systems. Every day in our many and varied teams involves hard work, an inquisitive mind, and the ability as well as desire to self-educate. You will bring your technical background and knowledge to work alongside, and grow your career under, the guidance of our experienced senior engineers.
Day in and day out, we, as a team, put our heads together and try to figure out how to build systems that allow people to design and maintain safe flight paths to and from airports all over the world. We work at protecting lives. This is serious stuff and we care about it.
We are looking for bright, capable, Software Engineers and/or Computer Scientists to do exactly this. This will be an exciting opportunity to develop your knowledge and expertise in a multitude of areas. Come join our team and work towards something that is a part of everyone’s life – even if they don’t know it.
As a software engineer, you will have the opportunity to participate in all phases of the development life-cycle, including:
