Mr. Bentz, 68, of Vancouver, British Columbia, has been a Director of the Company since July 19, 2006. Mr. Bentz is a Corporate Director. Mr. Bentz has held several executive positions in the engineering and project management field over a 38-year career, including President, Oilsands and Mining of AMEC Americas Limited, and President and Chief Executive Officer of Simons International Corporation. Mr. Bentz is a Director of Capital Power Corporation, Vancouver Airport Authority, and Trinidad Drilling Ltd. Mr. Bentz is a former Director of Seacliff Construction Corporation, B.C. Telecom Inc., Czar Oil and Gas Corporation, WDC Exploration and Wells Corporation, and the Canadian Council for Public-Private Partnerships, and a former Governor of the B.C. Business Council. Mr. Bentz is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of British Columbia.
