For immediate release: January 4, 2005 MDA Expanding Scope Of Property Information Solutions In The U.K.Richmond, B.C. - MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates Ltd. (TSX: MDA), a provider of essential information solutions, announced today that it is providing a service that allows U.K. solicitors to order property inspections via the same MDA website they use to order property searches for conveyancing purposes. MDA is the first National Land Information Service (NLIS) channel to offer access to these inspections.These inspections provide a range of detail on a property to the home buyer, from a basic valuation to a full structural condition report. In addition, specific reports on elements such as drainage systems or electrical installations can be requested. Prices for these new services are several hundred U.K. Pounds.
