Brian C. Bentz

Mr. Bentz, 64, of Vancouver, British Columbia, has been a Director of the Company since July 19, 2006. Mr. Bentz is President, Oilsands and Mining for AMEC, a global engineering and project management company. Mr. Bentz has held several executive positions in the engineering and project management field over a 37-year career, including Executive Vice President of AGRA Inc., and President and Chief Executive Officer of Simons International Corporation. Mr. Bentz is also a Director of the Canadian Council for Public-Private Partnerships, Seacliff Construction Corporation, and a member of the B.C. Business Council Board of Governors. Mr. Bentz is a Chartered Accountant and a Bachelor of Science graduate of the University of British Columbia.
