Richmond, B.C. - MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates Ltd. (TSX: MDA) will hold its Annual General Meeting in Regency Ballrooms E & F at the Hyatt Regency Hotel in Vancouver on Wednesday, May 14th at 1:30pm.

Following the short formal portion of the meeting, MDA President and CEO Daniel Friedmann will review the significant events of the past year. Corporate Management will also be available to answer questions.
