MDA Concludes Acquisition Of Strategic Assets From EMS Canada

Richmond, B.C. - MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates Ltd. (TSX: MDA), a provider of essential information solutions, announced today that it has confirmed the closing of the previously announced transaction to acquire certain assets from EMS Canada. Concurrent with closing this transaction, the Company sold a non-strategic subset of these assets to COM DEV Ltd.
