MDA Rolls Out HIP Service In England And Wales

Richmond, B.C. - MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates Ltd. (TSX: MDA), a provider of essential information solutions, announced today that its Home Information Pack (HIP) service in England and Wales is up and running. In accordance with the UK Government's HIP regulations, homes with four or more bedrooms marketed for sale on or after August 1, 2007 will require a HIP.

MDA SearchFlow, providing property search information, and MDA xit2, providing the electronic interchange to order and obtain the required Energy Performance Certificate, are also part of the HIP delivery chain, both for MDA and for other suppliers.
