MDA Shareholders approve proposed sale transaction

Richmond, B.C. - MacDonald, Dettwiler and Associates Ltd. (TSX: MDA), a provider of essential information solutions, reported that at today’s meeting of shareholders to consider the proposed sale of its Information Systems and Geospatial Services business, over 99.9% of voting shareholders approved the transaction.

The proposed Shareholders Rights Plan was also approved
